We start by assigning you a project manager, who will be available throughout the project to support you, answer any questions, and act as an intermediary between yourselves and everyone involved in the project.

Next we have an in depth discussion about your needs – number of pupils, site restrictions, required features, and anything else you need to consider for your school, teachers, or pupils. Then, we create a tailored classroom design that ticks every box.

We handle the paperwork (or guide you through it), ensuring everything is compliant with UK planning laws, Building Regulations, and education standards like BB103.

Your classroom is precision-built in a controlled factory setting, reducing delays, keeping costs under control, and minimising on-site disruption.

While your classroom is being built, we’ll be prepping your site. Once ready, the modular units are delivered and craned into place for fast assembly.

We complete all on-site works, connect services, and carry out final inspections – ready for your staff to move in and start teaching.
