Consultation

We begin by understanding your project. Our team guides you through your vision, requirements, and operational needs to shape a solution aligned with your goals and site. With years of experience behind us, we know what works—so your project starts right.

Design & Planning

Ideas are developed into detailed drawings using advanced modelling, allowing you to clearly see how your building will look and perform. Our team manage everything from layouts and aesthetics to planning considerations and regulatory compliance.

Step 3

Manufacturing & Site Preparation

Your building is manufactured in our controlled factory environment, where modules are constructed using precision engineering and quality-controlled processes. At the same time, site preparation works are carried out, including groundworks and foundations.

Step 4

Interior Fit-Out

Once modules are built, we carry out an interior fit-out tailored to your requirements. Internal works include partitioning, flooring, ceilings, and the installation of mechanical and electrical services. Finishes, fixtures, and fittings are then installed.

Step 5

Delivery & Installation

Your new modular building is delivered to your site and installed by our experienced team. Modules are carefully offloaded, positioned, and assembled using specialist equipment in line with the installation programme. Each unit is secured, connected, and integrated on-site, forming the completed structure.

Step 6

Exterior Landscape

We complete the project by enhancing the surrounding environment. From access and surfacing to drainage and finishing touches, every external detail is completed to integrate your building seamlessly into its setting.

Step 7

Handover

Before completion, we carry out thorough inspections and final compliance checks to ensure everything meets our standards. The building is then handed over fully operational, with warranty cover in place and the flexibility for future expansion.
