Since 1991 Elite Systems GB has specialised in off-site construction, providing bespoke modular buildings for the commercial sector including healthcare, education, leisure and transport.

At Elite Systems, the team understands that one size doesn’t fit all, which is why there are no off-the-shelf solutions, each building is created to the client’s exact specification – if you can imagine it, we can create it!

Focusing on the clients’ needs

We work with our clients to design, manufacture and install modular buildings, whether they require a single-storey temporary structure such as a site or security office or a large-scale permanent office building or school extension.

The Elite Systems’ off-site construction team can also work from architects’ plans, liaising closely with the designers and project managers to ensure that modular buildings meet the brief and are delivered on time with minimal disruption.

Our turnkey modular service – from initial consultation through to final installation – provides a seamless one-stop solution, allowing our team to take care of every individual element of your project. This ensures a smooth, efficient service as well as highly competitive prices.

Leading the way since 1991

The company’s expertise stretches back 30 years, when the first iteration of the company – then known as AS System Building Services – was founded to provide installation and maintenance services to the modular building industry. The move into construction was a natural progression, and in 1991, Elite Systems GB was incorporated as a modular building manufacturer, using the skills acquired through years of experience supporting the industry.

Today, Elite Systems delivers modular buildings to clients across the UK from its base in West Yorkshire, with a skilled team of inhouse specialists able to manage every step of the process, from design to installation.
