Project Brief
Ysgol Gogarth School required additional high-quality teaching accommodation to support pupils with additional learning needs. The brief called for a compliant, inclusive solution that could be delivered quickly within a live school environment, while providing spacious, well-equipped classrooms and specialist ancillary facilities, including an assisted changing room and accessible WC.
Elite Systems GB was appointed to design, manufacture and install a single-storey modular double classroom building on a hire basis. The solution needed to integrate seamlessly with the existing school estate, meet stringent accessibility requirements and minimise disruption to pupils and staff. The completed building delivers flexible, purpose-designed accommodation that supports both immediate and longer-term educational needs.

Our Building Solution
Elite Systems delivered a single-storey bespoke modular double classroom building measuring approximately 8.4m x 18.24m. The layout comprises two full-size classrooms arranged either side of a central lobby, providing efficient circulation and shared access to ancillary facilities.

The Results
The completed modular school building at Ysgol Gogarth School provides a high-quality, inclusive teaching environment designed to support pupils with additional learning needs (ALN). The facility includes two spacious, light-filled classrooms that offer flexible layouts to accommodate a wide range of teaching approaches and learning activities. Centrally positioned ancillary facilities enhance accessibility, dignity and day-to-day operational efficiency for both staff and pupils.
The building was delivered safely and in line with the agreed programme, with on-site installation completed in a single day. This rapid installation significantly reduced disruption within the live school environment. Through off-site manufacture and carefully coordinated logistics, safeguarding standards were maintained at all times, allowing pupils, staff and visitors to continue using the school site without interruption.
