Training, Training, Training: Celebrating our Hard-Working People in 2023
by Kelly Gabe
We are raising a glass to several team members who have been developing various skills in the first half of the year.
10 members of the Elite Systems Team are continuing their professional development. Here’s the list of achievements:

- On Friday 17th February, our factory floor team underwent training on working at heights, with our apprentice Kai learning alongside our two Steves, one of our Martins, and Dave.
- Our newest design team member Laura has completed 4 days’ training in using family creation and template creation within Revit Architecture Software, building on the fundamental knowledge she’s brought from her previous 6.5 years’ experience in designing modular buildings.
- Darren our production manager has recently completed training via the BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Installation scheme to make sure that he and our factory floor team install all fire doors and perform as intended.
- Commercial director Jason is our fully trained Mental Health First Aider and now knows how to help a person experiencing varying degrees of worsening mental health.
Training for Chartership Status
- Also in February 2023 we were thrilled to hear that Anmol, one of our architectural technicians, was admitted as an associate member of the Charted Institution of Architectural Technologists. After completing his BA (Hons) at Nottingham Trent University, he joined Elite to apply his qualification into building modular buildings for a variety of sectors.
- And our marketing executive Hannah has recently enrolled to start her CIM Marketing Level 4 Certificate which is an ongoing activity and great for professional development that will uplift her previous 4.5 years’ experience and qualifications in marketing.
We’re incredibly proud of all of our office and factory floor team members and we’ll continue to invest in our people.
