North West Reserve Forces & Cadets Association: Knutsford, Heywood and Nantwich
Project Brief
Our long-standing client North West Reserve Forces and Cadets Association approached us to redevelop three sites in the north-west of England.
NWRFCA knew that off-site construction was a cost-effective and robust solution to meet their requirements and chose to work with us across several sites to build their new cadet centres.
These three sites were Knutsford, Heywood and Nantwich.

Our Approach
We’ve been working NWRFCA for the better part of a decade now, and we understand what they need from us.
With the client undertaking the groundworks, we manufactured the three identical buildings included a fitted-out classroom, drill hall, offices, and welfare facilities.
The finishing touch was the installation of Ocean Blue Plastisol cladding, with alternating maroon panels and yellow high-security steel doors, to co-ordinate with the client’s branding and colour scheme.
The Results
In a swift 14-day timeframe, we crafted a 240 sq m modular building, handling everything from connecting utilities to mechanical and electrical works, and installing bi-folding doors and flooring.
The on-site installation was efficiently completed in just three weeks.
