Elite Systems Welcome Tim Comley as Head of Modular Hire & Sales

Elite Systems are proud to welcome Tim Comley as our new Head of Modular Hire & Sales, responsible for leading our hire and sales activity across the UK.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the modular and construction sectors, Tim brings deep industry knowledge and a highly practical approach to helping clients achieve best value from modular hire and sales solutions. Working across education, healthcare, and general construction, he has supported both large and small organisations, giving him abroad and adaptable understanding of client needs.

In his role, Tim will focus on building long-term relationships and delivering a true one-stop-shop experience for our clients. Known for his open and collaborative approach, Tim will work closely with customers from initial enquiry through to project completion, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and smooth delivery at every stage.

Tim will play a key role in Elite’s continued growth, working alongside our highly experienced team and supporting a business with ambitious growth plans for the coming years. This is further reinforced by the recent appointment of our new Operations Director, Peter Speight.

I’ve spent my career in the modular sector, working across education, healthcare, housing, and construction, and I really enjoy turning complex challenges into simple, practical solutions. For me, it’s about being open with advice, building trust, and making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

I particularly enjoy visiting clients across the country, seeing projects come to life and understanding what really matters to them helps ensure we deliver the right solution every time. I’m excited to continue growing Elite’s modular hire and sales offering and supporting clients across the UK.

Outside of the business, I'm a keen sports fan and enjoy travelling, both of which help keep me energised, curious, and ready to bring fresh perspective into my role.
