Design and Value Engineering
Following the initial consultation our team will use their many years experience in modular construction to develop designs which are both cost-effective and high performance while never compromising on aesthetics or usability. We will also, wherever possible, look to value engineer existing plans to reduce both project costs and lead times.
Regulation and planning compliance
Every modular building the team at Elite delivers is designed and manufactured to meet all relevant building regulations. We are also able to assist our clients with planning applications, with our years of experience in off-site construction helping us to efficiently and reliably secure approvals.
Groundworks
Ensuring we are able to offer our clients a complete one-stop-shop for their off-site needs, the team at Elite has many years experience providing groundwork solutions, including foundations, site preparations and connection of utilities.
Manufacture and internal fit-out
Whether a permanent installation or a temporary solution, each and every building the team at Elite creates features the highest quality materials and workmanship. With a wide choice of possible external colours and finishes and internal fit-out available including lighting, plumbing, electrics, heating and cooling systems and internal decoration, our buildings are delivered to site with minimal installation necessary.
Delivery and Installation
Completing our turnkey package is timely, secure and reliable deliveries to site. Our team will work with you to schedule your delivery and plan installation and hand-over, taking into consideration site logistics, to ensure a simple and seamless completion to the project.
