We believe that learning starts at a very young age, giving adolescent children a safe and fun space to grow and enjoy the wonder of childhood is vital for their progression into the next stage of the academic tree. After being invited to visit a similar Early Years facility we provided in Wales, Wrexham County Borough Council trusted us with creating a new Early Years Childcare Unit for Cefn Mawr Primary School.
Wrexham County Borough Council had a variety of schemes in place and one of them was the provision of early years childcare sites across the borough. We undertook the process of gaining planning applications alongside SAB applications ensuring that the drainage proposals were designed and built to be fit for purpose in accordance with local legislation.
Once our applications were approved, we set out building two 133 square metre modular buildings for Cefn Mawr where teachers could look after and teach pupils. We also fitted external soft play areas for the children to be able to experience the wonder and enjoyment of childhood in a safe space giving peace of mind to both parents and staff at the school.
