Keeping disruption to a minimum – Trinity Farm Distribution Centre

Elite header banner modular building

Project Brief

Caddick Construction required a bespoke gatehouse at Trinity Farm would reflect the architectural style of its client’s 1.3 million sq ft distribution warehouse in Knottingley, West Yorkshire.  The gatehouse marks the main entrance to the warehouse, so blocking access to the main site was out of the question for Caddick.

Get in Touch

With more than 30 years’ experience we have the knowledge and expertise to make your modular building a reality. For an informal discussion on your requirements please complete the form below and one of our team will be in touch.

Our Approach

To keep disruption to the minimum and to ensure that the site was fully accessible, the main contractor appointed Elite Systems to devise an off-site solution. Elite finalised the design and agreed the materials with the main contractor, including the Kingspan coated aluminium architectural wall panels, which were finished in Hamlet to co-ordinate with the finish of the main Trinity Farm warehouse building.

The Results

The finished gatehouse – fully factory fitted out and including office and warehouse facilities – was craned into position on the pre-prepared foundations and connected to the utilities on-site in just 90 minutes.
