The brief from the client requested a modern, open-plan style office building, suitable for housing 200 occupants. With time, cost and performance benefits, our modular off-site system was chosen as being the most effective solution for the client’s needs.
The Results
Delivered on time and on budget, the project was met with high levels of satisfaction for both the service we provided and the final solution, and has led to an ongoing relationship with National Grid. We’ve since provided several more buildings across other sites including at Skelton Grange, Leeds.
