## Project Brief

Sometimes, classrooms need to be refurbished or even demolished to create a fresh sense of excitement and optimism within a school for both students and teachers. We were recommended by our long-standing client Essex County Council to [Sigma Trust](https://www.sigmatrust.org.uk/), a multi-academy trust. We were tasked with demolishing an older building and then designing and fitting a new modular classroom at Holland Park Primary School.
