Framework Agreements
What is a Framework Agreement?
A Framework Agreement is long term arrangement between supplier & customer, which gives the customer a set of consistent pre-tendered rates for the supply of modular buildings and helps to prevent extra costs & time being lost in issuing separate tenders for each project.
The nature of modular building allows us to provide a cost schedule for several pre-agreed building formats & enhancements which the customer can then refer to directly when procuring a new building. These type of agreements typically run for 2-3 years, which provides an opportunity for customers to forward plan their expenditure for long periods.
