Our long-standing client North West Reserve Forces and Cadets Association tasked us with providing a replacement for its existing ageing building. NWRFCA knew that off-site construction was a cost-effective and robust solution to meet their requirements and chose to work with us across several sites to build their new meeting houses.

Our Approach
After working with NWRFCA for the past five years, we understand the organisation’s needs. With the client undertaking the groundworks, we manufactured the building which comprised a fitted-out classroom, drill hall, offices and welfare facilities. The finishing touch was the installation of Ocean Blue Plastisol cladding, with alternating maroon panels and yellow high-security steel doors, to co-ordinate with the client’s corporate colours.
The Results
We manufactured the 240 sq m modular building – including connecting to utilities, mechanical and electrical works, and fitting bi-folding doors and flooring – in just 14 days, before completing the on-site installation in three weeks.
