Elite Systems GB Ltd provides modular and temporary buildings to various industry sectors across the UK. These buildings are made to order and can be in single storey or multi storey structures.

“Standalone

Stand alone portable modular buildings are completely self contained and suitable for almost any needed structure such as offices, amenities, welfare units, marketing suites, classrooms, changing rooms, stores, etc. They are designed to be either temporary or permanent but with the flexibility to add to other buildings at a fraction of the cost.

The buildings come equipped with all necessary fittings, fixtures, heating, cooling, water, and electric and can come open plan or partitioned for offices, toilet/shower areas, kitchen, classrooms and more. Each standalone modular building fully complies with all current building regulations.

Creating a more permanent structure, this panellised system can be the solution to a specific building problem with cost saving advantages.

The Pennine 1200 Panel system, based on the same highly successful Premier 3000 range of buildings, but with a more permanent angle. Panels are manufactured off site in the controlled environment of our factory in West Yorkshire. The Pennine 1200 system, because it is broken down into manageable panels is perfect for sites with restricted access.

Individual design ensures confirmation to required specifications, including all the current building regulations. Assembled on site on prepaid foundations the Pennine1200 is a fast track, adaptable system which can be clad in just about any material to ensure a permanent feel.

The units are designed in accordance with the recommendations of:
BS 5268 “Structural use of Timber”
BS 6399 Part 1 1996 Code of Practice for dead and imposed loads
BS 6399 Part 2 1997 Code of Practice for wind loads
BS 6399 Part 3 1998 Code of Practice for imposed roof loads

Thermal Insulation:

All Pennine 1200 Panel Buildings conform to current building control regulations concerning the thermal insulation properties required as reviewed under our continuous professional development policy.

Common applications of sizes available:

Buildings are supplied in multiples of 1200mm panels, with the standard ceiling height of 2400mm.
Buildings over 3000mm in width have ceilings supported by traditional timber roof trusses or steel beams.
Double storey versions are available.

External cladding:

Depending on requirement and budget.
Plastic Coated Steel (Standard Issue).
GRP Aggregate
Brick clad.

Internal Walls:

All internal walls and ceilings are finished in pre finished 15 mm foil backed impact resistant Mega Deck vinyl faced plasterboard as standard. A plastic “H” section between joints ensures a uniform finish throughout the internal wall. The pre finish plasterboard gives the fire rating of Class O spread of flame.
Windows double glazed, with toughened or laminated glass in uPVC frames, subject to requirement. Vertical blinds are an optional extra.

Electrical and Plumbing installations:

To suit clients requirements.
On completion of the installation work, Elite Systems will carry out tests in accordance with the IEE 16th Edition Test certificates shall be completed in duplicate and submitted to the client.
