Elite Systems is a supplier of specifically designed modular buildings used in various applications throughout the UK.
Our modular and portable buildings can be personalised to meet specific requirements and come complete with lighting, climate control systems, fittings, and heating and cooling systems as required.
Our modular and portable buildings provide a cost effective solution to projects where time is of the essence.
Elite Systems GB Ltd provides modular and temporary buildings to various industry sectors across the UK. These buildings are made to order and can be in single storey or multi storey structures.
Any size that best suits your needs. From a 1.2 x 1.2 metre gatehouse to a 1000 sq metre multi storey office complex.
The traditional view of a portable building is of the wheeled or ‘jackleg’ unit that, by the nature of its purpose, has to be re-locatable. Elite Systems also constructs buildings that are considered permanent with brick/stone cladding and traditional pitched roofs.
This depends on the size and location of the building and the length of time that it will occupy this position. Elite Systems will be pleased to advise you on this matter. If required, Elite Systems are able to make the planning submissions to the relevant authority.
This depends on the type and size of the building involved. Prestige units are instant. This is due to the Prestige unit being a fully factory finished product. The Premier 3000 range can take just a matter of days. The Pennine 1200 requires the majority of the work to be carried out on site, but even then, this range can often be erected in less than a week. The advantage of this product, is the fact that it can be installed where site access is severely restricted.
Any colour or colour scheme of your choice.
Plastic coated steel is available as standard, in a wide range of colours from the Tata Colorcoat LG range which is then pressure bonded to a stressed timber panel.
Other optional finishes are:-
1. GRP aggregate panel, which is available with a choice of different aggregate sizes & many different colours.
2. Composite steel panel, giving a modern linear appearance.
3. Brick slip system, this technique enables modular buildings to blend in to a more traditional environment. The choice of colour/style is as wide as that for traditional bricks.
4. Timber cladding, many different types of timber are available, including Western Red Cedar & Siberian Larch, which can be used horizintally or vertically to achieve the desired effect.
5. Through coloured acrylic render This modern rendering technique is ideally suited to timber frame buildings, offering an almost unlimited palette of colours & requiring very little maintenance.
This depends on the type of building and the application. Elite Systems can provide you with the relevant information or make submissions to Building Control on your behalf.
Almost anything including vinyl faced wall coverings, any type of floor coverings, doors, trims, etc. The list of internal fittings is also unlimited whether it is sanitary ware, kitchen fittings, furniture or electrical fittings.
