Westminster Council

With space and land being a premium in central London, Westminster Council hatched a idea to utilise the areas in the rear gardens of some very established Georgian terrace houses on Harrow Road. Not only is the site exceptionally tight, it is also land locked by adjacent properties.

The building was designed to fit into the space allowed whilst still leaving fire escape routes to the existing building. Throw into the mix very exact planning conditions and we have a very interesting project.

Elite won the contract on a competitive tender basis, and completed ahead of schedule. It’s very difficult, due to the restricted site to get a full picture of the site, but the images attached detail the brickwork and render details required to satisfy planning. Just another example of Elite’s bespoke manufacturing capabilities.
