A design and build project based on sketches produced by the client.

Due to the location of the building there were very strict planning conditions applied, even down to the exact colour of the render and the timber finial attached to the building. Again a turnkey package including foundations, ramps and services.

The building is currently being used by both the school during the day and the Sea Cadets during evenings.
