Designed as an educational referral centre, the client had a great input into the design and layout of this building.

Many different issues had to be addressed such as noise transfer between rooms and the difficult access routes to enable the building to work as the client required.

Acoustic rated materials were used in the construction to achieve the high values required to enable the building to operate as he client desired.
