Elite Systems was commissioned to design, manufacture and install a new visitors centre and classrooms, including the groundwork’s, ramps and steps. The purpose built 9 section Premier 3000 Modular Building, which incorporated a visitors section and additional education facilities for Stranton Fire Station in Hartlepool were manufactured in the factory within 14 days from date of order and shipped to site using local transport.

The building had to fit into a very tight location due to site restrictions, hence the use of a 120 tonne mobile crane.

The building was installed in one day, with handover, including full internal fit out, furniture, services and commissioning following 5 days later.
