Elite Systems won a competitive contract to build a set of modular buildings of two 8 classroom blocks and one 3 lab science block on the tender basis that cost and speed of delivery were of the highest priority.

To conform with local planning conditions, the buildings were finished externally with a brick slip system and fitted with steeper pitched roofs than our standard, which were clad in insulated steel panels.

All buildings were installed exactly to programme and handed over 2 weeks ahead of schedule.

The buildings also conformed to building regulations, including Part L2A, heating and cooling, BB93 sound absorption and attenuation and SBEM air pressure testing.
